The Japan Economic Policy Association (JEPA) invites you to the JEPA International Conference. The conference provides the regular sessions and the theme-related plenary sessions, and others. The 22nd JEPA International Conference will be held in a face-to-face format only (although it may be held as a hybrid of online and face-to-face depending on circumstances). The conference is relevant to academics and scholars as well as policy makers or officials in governments and international institutions working in the fields of Economics and other related sciences. The presenters at the conference may consider applying their papers to the International Journal of Economic Policy Studies (IJEPS), an official refereed journal of the JEPA published by Springer. You are encouraged to submit papers for presentation at the conference.

The JEPA does not accept the papers which have been already published, accepted, or submitted for publication elsewhere. Accepted presenters, discussants, chairs, guest speakers and members of the JEPA are eligible to participate in this conference. Graduate students are also welcomed to submit the paper.

Hotel Accommodation
Please find your own hotel accommodations for attending the JEPA2023 conference using a travel agency or hotel reservation website. Convenient locations for access to the venue include Ibaraki City, Takatsuki City, and Osaka City in Osaka Prefecture, and the Kyoto Station area. In particular, from Osaka Station or Shin-Osaka Station, it takes only around 10 minutes by public transportation to reach Ibaraki Station, the nearest station to the venue. There are many hotels in this area. From Kyoto Station, it takes less than 30 minutes to reach Ibaraki Station.
